Driverseat Waterloo

My son is a Tae Kwon Do coach for Team Ontario and was heading to Disney in Florida for a tournament this morning.We were fortunate enough to book a shuttle ride at Driverseat in Kitchener.The Chauffeur Earl was kind and professional. My son is a bit of a nervous traveller, and he was calm and comfortabe driving with Earl.I would highly recommend Driverseat and Earl to all of my friends and family who travel frequently.Thank you and keep up the GREAT WORK!

This is an excellent service! We have used it on several occasions but the best was for our wedding. We were about 10 minutes outside Waterloo and couldn't have a bus rented due to COVID so we hired this service. They brought two of their own vehicles and extra drivers to take all of our guests back to our house. It was amazing because then some of the wedding party had their vehicles in town for pick up the next morning. My partner worked with Tom who was accommodating and amazing to work with. They were on time, we were able to pay and schedule ahead of time and everyone got home safely.Highly recommend for weddings, parties, etc.

My family and I have been using car services for airport transportation for well over 15 years within the KW region and I have to say that the services provided by Driverseat Waterloo (specifically Tom & Ralph) exceeded all expectations and previous experiences! Not only was Tom accommodating, resourceful and helpful with setting up the ride, Ralph was also extremely patient, kind and understanding during the actual transportation from our home to Pearson. I cannot recommend their services enough! We are so grateful for the excellent service, professionalism and understanding shown during this whole process. Next time we're in KW, we'll be calling Driverseat Waterloo for our transportation needs!
